The meaning of having a human birth was shown to us by the Venerable Walpola Gothama Thero. He opened our eyes to how we can harness our breath and gain moments of Sati in our life. How simple this path that the Buddha taught was if we simply decide to apply it to our lives everyday. A true opening of our eyes to whatever we have left of this life… May the noble triple gem bless all of us always.
