Steps Toward Hope: A Gift of Limbs and Love

As the Social outreach project for the year 2025 the Religious and Social Welfare committee decided to donate limbs to the Colombo Friend in need Society on the 9th of May 2025. The Colombo branch PPA was able to donate 22 Artificial limbs to much needed human beings to make their lives a little easier. This meritorious deed was accompanied by giving an all day three meal Dana to the participants. This ceremony was carried out simply yet gracefully, moving some of the recipients to tears while thanking those who made this a reality for them. Special thanks to the head of the religious committee Dilhara for organizing this so efficiently.
